This month’s lesson focuses on getting you through the holiday season without derailing your health. If you listen to mainstream media, they will tell you it isn’t possible to come out on the other side unscathed, not to mention even better than you went in. But I’m here to tell you that you can absolutely improve your health during the busy, hectic, treat-filled holidays. But you have to start working toward that goal now. Below you will find a list of some of my favorite fall recipes, all available on this website. They are all hearty and delicious, perfect for chilly days and still fit perfectly into your anti-inflammatory diet.
