If you want a quick, tasty meal in a hurry, this Ranch Chicken and Mushrooms is perfect! You know we’re keeping things Paleo over here, so you can’t open a can of Cream of Mushroom soup or rip open a package of Ranch Seasoning, but with a little prep work, you can have all the ingredients on hand for a quick weeknight meal.
The bonus here is that the Cream of Mushroom soup that is a component of this dish is amazing on it’s own! Make it for a Saturday lunch and just set aside the two cups you need for this recipe.
I’ve made this as an Instant Pot recipe, but you can absolutely prepare this in your crock pot or even a dutch oven. For a crock pot, this is a 6 hours on low recipe. For a stove top to oven recipe, you need about an hour total.
