This is my family’s new favorite recipe!
Inspiration came from one of my favorite bloggers, Mix and Match Mama. I really only altered her recipe slightly by adding more chicken and a little sage and reducing the amount of honey.
You can use chicken thighs or chicken breasts, bone-in or boneless. You choose! My gang prefers thighs for their moist, tender and flavorful nature.
This recipe is easy enough for a week day, but special enough for all sorts of occasions. Best of all, it tastes amazing! You need this recipe in your repertoire! I recommend serving with something that will go well with any extra sauce. It was delicious on the cauliflower gnocchi and roasted broccoli!
