Helping you conquer your disease – one meal at a time
Amazon Lately
We all love a little peek into other people’s lives right? I think it makes us feel normal. Nobody likes to feel that they’re the only one with a certain quirk or bad habit. I’m not saying that Amazon Priming is a bad habit – not at all! In fact, it’s one of the expenses my husband and I both consider totally worth it! So just for curiosity sake, I thought I’d show you what I’ve been priming lately…
So that’s what I’ve been Priming lately. What are your favorite things to buy from Amazon? Do you always check there before you buy from a brick and mortar? I do all the shopping for our family and I’m pretty frugal, so I compare prices on everything. Sometimes Amazon’s prices are great and sometimes they’re outrageous. I never buy from Amazon just for the convenience. The price has to be right as well. But sometimes it sure is temping to get everything delivered right to your front door!!
Happy Wednesday, friends!

I was tempted by the coffee however I was disappointed that it was not “fair trade” for that price. :/

I agree, that would be the ideal. However, I cannot find organic, fair trade and light roast decaf. So I went for a coffee that I would enjoy. But while I search, this one works.

Thank you once again. I just discovered Thrive Market bear me had Nut Pods. I tried it and love the hazelnut. I used your link to order from Amazon. Much cheaper.
Tomorrow I’m attempting beef bone broth for the first time. I make chicken weekly. I found a local neat market with good beef bones. I checked your site first hoping to find a YouTube video or recipe to teach me how
I love that you homeschool. I wish I’d have had the confidence to do that for my own children. I homeschooled a bright granddaughter up until high school. Very rewarding experience! I operate a home daycare. Childminding children from birth to teenage years. I’m glad most parents delay formal school entry until ages six or seven. I get the most formative years❤️❤️
Be well! Liz

Beef bone broth is much harder – in my opinion – than chicken. It’s harder to find good bones that make good tasting broth. The best I’ve found are from US Wellness Meats. They have “meaty soup bones” that made some tasty broth. But I still think you need some herbs and veggies thrown in to give it a really nice flavor. You’ve found the bones, so really that’s the hardest part. When I figure out a great recipe, I’ll share it for sure. Your homeschooling story is very sweet, Liz. It’s wonderful that you are influencing the next generations – so very important!
