Since starting to live your Paleo lifestyle, what have you missed most? I missed Greek food, specifically Spanakopita and Baklava. My mission last Christmas was to re-create our favorite baklava, but in a paleo form. Even I was shocked by how amazing this is! Now you can purchase this decadent treat for your family.
I offer two varieties:
- traditional baklava made with pistachios and walnuts
- baklava made with pecans and walnuts. This one was made for my son who is allergic to pistachios. We think it tastes just as great as the original, maybe even better.
